1. Choose the arrangement from our catalog.
2. Screenshoot the arrangement and send it to our Whatsapp.
3. Fill in the order form as detail as possible.
4. Our Admin will ask you to complete the payment.
5. Send the receipt of your payment to our Whatsapp.
6. Your order will be processed only if you’ve confirm your payment to our Whatsapp.

Terms & Conditions

1. The price of arrangement is not including delivery fee. We will calculate it after you fill in the form.
2. Please make sure your order before making the payment.
3. Delivery time is when the product is going on the way to the recipient (not the arrival time).
4. After the payment is confirmed, the order can’t be exchanged, cancelled or refunded.
5. Disclaimer : Colour of the products might appear different due to lighting and screen’s saturation.
6. As you need to know, our products are handmade. So, the result might not be 100% exactly the same from the picture due to availability of the ingredients at that time.
